At HA, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order or return a product, please review the following policy.

5. Refund Process

Customers may request to cancel their order at any time by contacting our Customer Service team.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will review its status and, where cancellation is still possible, process the cancellation accordingly.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return in accordance with the Return Policy below.

Customers may request to return a product within 7 Days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition.
  • The product has not been used or installed.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and, where applicable, the original invoice.

The following items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect or were supplied incorrectly by HA:

  • Custom-made products.
  • Products that have been modified or personalized upon customer request.
  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and take the appropriate action.

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and the return request has been approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of HA, such as receiving an incorrect product or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
